1. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. 2. Saree must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. 3. Any accessories that came with the saree (like blouse piece, belts etc) also must be returned. 4. Reason for return of product should be due to a defect or a wrong product.​​ 5. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 6. Please initiate the return process via our email (shrivatsaknot@gmail.com), our shipping partner will reach out to collect the order from you.  7. Amount refunded will be in original form of payment and processed after we receive the returned product. 8. Refund process will be within 4-5 business days. 9.     Yes, our ready-to-wear saree comes with a petticoat and you will be comfortable to wear it on top of any slim fit or thin fabric garment to avoid a bulky look.
  • How to pick sizes from the product page?
    We have a ‘size chart’ highlighted in every product page to check waist and hip measurements range. Also a ‘how to measure chart’ which will guide you to take your measurements by yourself.
  • Does the ready-to-wear saree come with Pleated Pallu? Can the pleats be made permanent?
    Yes, we have a drop-down option called ‘Pallu Style’ where you can select ‘Shoulder Pleats.’ Also yes, the pleats can be made permanent on request. Drop us a note while ordering to get permanent pleats.
  • What is the minimum heel length you are considering?
    A minimum of 2 inches Heel length is considered along with your height while making the ready-to-wear saree. If you need a higher heel length you can drop us a note while ordering for the same.
